Our production facility in Cikarang boasts global-level manufacturing competitiveness with state-of-the-art automation, aseptic management, and quality tracking systems. Indonesian production personnel build expertise through rigorous training and hands-on experience, and outstanding talents are offered opportunities to work at our headquarters in Korea. Currently, approximately 150 Indonesian production specialists are actively working in Korea. We are seeking talented individuals to join us at the forefront of the global pharmaceutical industry, creating fast, safe, and innovative medicines.

Your Role in This Journey

• Perform daily bookkeeping activities, including recording and posting transactions in the accounting system

• Prepare and maintain accurate general ledger entries and reconciliations for accounts such as cash, receivables, payables, inventory, and fixed assets

• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing processes, ensuring all journal entries are properly recorded

• Coordinate with external auditors by providing required schedules, supporting documents, and explanations during interim and year-end audits

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with local GAAP and group accounting policies

• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies in a timely manner

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records to ensure completeness and audit readiness

• Liaise with other departments to gather supporting information for financial transactions and ensure accurate posting

• Support internal control implementation and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

• Assist in ad-hoc tasks, reports, or special projects as assigned by Accounting Manager

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

2. Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in accounting or bookkeeping; experience in a multinational company or shared services environment is an advantage

3. Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and general accounting principles

4. Experience supporting external audits is preferred

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage

6. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills

7. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

8. High level of integrity and commitment to deadlines

Indonesia’s first specialized botulinum toxin company, delivers high-quality products with global ambitions.

Selatox is Indonesia’s first specialized company for botulinum toxin. Centered around the manufacturing facility in Cikarang and the UI R&D Center (Depok), we began full-scale toxin production and research activities after completing the facilities in 2023.
