In addition to manufacturing, we operate our own stem cell clinic brand, Cellpia Clinic, and are currently establishing Cellpia Clinic Indonesia, which is under construction. This role will be part of the core administrative team supporting the clinic’s setup and future operations.
[Position Overview]
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinic Administration Officer with 1–3 years of experience in clinic or healthcare administration. This position will initially be remote and will transition to on-site work once the clinic becomes operational.
This role requires Korean language proficiency, as communication with our headquarters and Korean medical team is essential.
[Key Responsibilities]
Clinic Administration & Operations Support
Support administrative setup and operational preparation of Cellpia Clinic Indonesia
Coordinate clinic scheduling, patient administration processes, and internal documentation
Assist in developing and organizing clinic administrative workflows and SOPs
Maintain and manage clinic records, files, and operational data
Communication & Coordination
Communicate with Korean headquarters and medical staff in Korean and English
Coordinate with local partners, vendors, and regulatory stakeholders
Assist in translating administrative and operational documents (Korean ↔ English)
General Administrative Support
Provide administrative support for clinic operations and management
Assist in HR-related administrative tasks when required
Support clinic opening preparations and ongoing operational activities
