The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Staff Administrasi to join our team at PT. STM in Medan, North Sumatera. As a full-time member of our office support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, document management, and filing
Assist with the coordination and scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including handling phone calls and emails
Maintain and update office records, databases, and other administrative systems
Support the procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory
Contribute to the implementation of office policies and procedures
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective office operations
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
Adaptability and the willingness to learn new skills and technologies
A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
