Build and Scale an Australian Financial Brand

Seneco is a fast-growing Australian financial services group operating across:

We are building a structured, high-performance in-house marketing team in Bali to support our Australian operations.

This role is focused on measurable growth and consistent short-form video output — not casual posting.

Location Requirement: This role is based in Bali . Applicants must currently reside in Bali or be willing to permanently relocate to Bali at their own expense. Applications from outside Bali without confirmed relocation plans will not be considered.

The Role

You will be responsible for building brand awareness and engagement through high-frequency short-form content across:

• TikTok
• Instagram Reels
• YouTube Shorts
• Facebook
• LinkedIn

You will work closely with the Creative & Brand Lead and Project Coordinator to execute structured campaigns and deliver consistent video output.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and edit short-form video content (Reels / TikTok / Shorts)
• Deliver consistent weekly video output (3–5+ pieces per week)
• Develop strong hooks and engaging first 3 seconds
• Add captions, overlays and branded elements
• Repurpose content efficiently across platforms
• Write high-quality captions with clear calls to action
• Track performance metrics and improve results
• Support paid ad creative testing where required
• Provide monthly performance reporting

Required Skills

• Strong short-form video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or similar)
• Understanding of audience retention and engagement metrics
• Experience growing social accounts organically
• Strong English writing skills
• Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment
• Comfortable producing content consistently

Highly desirable:

• Experience in business, finance or professional services
• Experience running paid ad creative variations
• Experience working with international clients

Examples of accounts or video work must be provided.

This is a full-time, in-office role focused exclusively on Seneco projects.

Salary

8M–11M IDR per month depending on experience and proven results.
