Build a Premium Australian Financial Brand From Bali

Seneco is a rapidly expanding Australian financial services group operating across:

We are building a high-performance in-house marketing team in Bali to support our Australian operations.

This is not a freelance Canva role.
This is not influencer design.

This is corporate, institutional brand building with the goal of future WA sports activation campaigns.

Location Requirement: This role is based in Bali . Applicants must currently reside in Bali or be willing to permanently relocate to Bali at their own expense. Applications from outside Bali without confirmed relocation plans will not be considered.

The Role

As Creative & Brand Design Lead, you will own all visual output across digital and print channels.

You will design:

• Shopping centre posters & signage
• Brochures & flyers
• Sponsorship artwork
• Roadshow materials
• Social media graphics
• Website visuals
• Campaign creative assets
• Investor-style presentations
• Brand templates & style guides
• Event collateral & promotional materials

You will work closely with the founder and marketing team in-office to ensure consistency, quality, and speed.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

You must have:

• Advanced Canva skills (non-negotiable)
• Strong typography and layout ability
• Experience designing clean, corporate-style materials
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong English reading comprehension
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently
• Comfort working in a structured environment

Highly desirable:

• Adobe Suite (Illustrator / InDesign / Photoshop)
• Experience using AI image generation tools
• Experience designing for professional services brands
• Experience building brand guidelines

Portfolio required.

This is a full-time, in-office position focused exclusively on Seneco projects.

Salary

8M–12M IDR per month depending on experience and portfolio quality.

We pay above average for the right candidate.
