We are looking for an experienced and driven Head Chef / Chef in Charge to lead all food operations across our production lab and outlet. This is a senior leadership role in a fast-paced fast food environment: You will be responsible for the quality, consistency, and safety of every product that leaves our kitchen, while leading a team of 20+ including butchers and cooks.

You will be the driving force behind executing our culinary concept and are expected to bring your expertise and ideas to continuously elevate it. We want a leader who takes full ownership of the food operation, identifies opportunities for improvement, and acts on them.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Leading daily kitchen and production lab operations end-to-end with highest standards

  • Ensuring food quality, safety, hygiene, and FIFO standards are consistently upheld across all stations

  • Overseeing all purchasing, supplier receiving, and stock control

  • Monitoring and minimising waste through smart planning and team accountability

  • Supervising and developing a team of 10+ butchers and cooks in a high-volume, fast food setting

  • Supporting staff schedules to ensure full operational coverage with no service disruptions

  • Ensuring all food-related reporting and compliance tasks are completed accurately and on time

  • Collaborating with management to continuously refine and improve our culinary concept and production processes


What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume or fast food environment

  • Strong leadership: you hold yourself and your team to a high standard, consistently

  • Deep knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene practices, and production efficiency

  • Confident in stock management, purchasing, and supplier relations

  • Comfortable using digital tools and reporting systems

  • Fluent in professional English and Indonesian

  • A continuous improvement mindset: you don't just maintain standards, you raise them
