About the role

As an Inspector of Subsidised Homes and Infrastructure at PT Kurnia Astaguna Santana, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of residential projects and associated infrastructure in Cikarang Selatan, West Java. This full-time position is responsible for conducting thorough inspections, identifying any issues, and working closely with the construction team to address and resolve them.

What you'll be doing

1. Conducting regular site visits and inspections of subsidised housing projects and associated infrastructure to assess compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety standards

2. Documenting inspection findings and communicating any issues or deficiencies to the construction team in a timely manner

3. Collaborating with the construction team to develop and implement corrective actions to address identified problems

4. Monitoring the progress of remedial work and verifying that issues have been satisfactorily resolved

5. Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all inspection activities and findings

6. Providing regular reports to management on the status and quality of the projects

What we're looking for

1. A associate degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in construction inspection, with a strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and quality control practices

3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address technical issues

4. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring the highest standards of workmanship

5. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with the construction team

6. Familiarity with subsidised housing projects and infrastructure development in Indonesia

7. Skilled in Autocad and Microsoft office
