Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law, Social Sciences, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Industrial Plantation Forests (HTI) in a similar position (preferred).
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Excellent communication skills, with proven decision-making and negotiation abilities.
Skilled in identifying potential differences in interests and actively contributing to constructive conflict resolution with communities.
