Key Responsibilities

• Manage plant projects end-to-end (planning to execution)

• Control schedule, budget, quality, and safety

• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Electrical / Industrial)

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience

• Proven experience as Project Manager for plant construction projects

Mandatory Skills

• Project scheduling (MS Project / Primavera)

• Budgeting and cost control

• Tendering and vendor management

• Risk, people, and stakeholder management

Added Value

• Experience in civil, MEP, utilities, or plant maintenance

• Experience managing projects above IDR 100 billion

Soft Skills

• Strong leadership with multi-contractor teams

• Firm in quality and safety standards

• Fast problem-solving in site conditions
