Personal Assistant to Director
About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated, organized and progressive thinking Personal Assistant to support the Director at Blue Dolphin Playskool. This full-time role is based in our Surabaya East Java office and will be integral in ensuring the smooth running of Director's responsibilities and the candidate will serve as a strategic partner, ensuring both smooth executive support and effective growth of the organization.
What you'll be doing
Serving as the primary point of contact for the Director, fielding inquiries and managing their communication with various stakeholders
Brainstorm, build, measure, and learn ideas with director and the team and execute them seamslessly
Coordinate and prioritise tasks and projects to ensure deadlines are met
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support the Director's requirements
Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a similar role
Strong focus, memory strength, and ability to work for longer hours with the Director
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanour
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, especially to keep track of projects
Ability to work independently and in team setting
Work well with deadline and targets
Previous work as content creator, especially in understanding the importance of 3-second hook, and sales marketing is a big plus.
Have Sim A and Sim C and able to drive independently
