Kaizen & Training - Foreman

Qualification:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

• 3–5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

• Familiarity with Kaizen practices and methodologies (i.e., continuous improvement, waste reduction, problem-solving).

• Have knowledge in continuous improvement activity (Toyota Production System).

• Experience in automotive/electronic companies is preferred.

• Ability to collect, analyze, and present data to track improvements and performance metrics.

• Good communication skills (verbal and written) and presentation skill.

• Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.

• Able to work on teams and individually.

• Able to train team and leader.
