A Boutique hotel in Ubud with rating 9.7 in booking.com - Belalu Bali Boutique & SPA experience (www.belalubali.com) is seeking a talented and driven Deputy Manager to join our team in Ubud, Bali. As Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our prestigious boutique hotel and spa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and the smooth running of all departments. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to grow within our dynamic and innovative company.
What you'll be doing
Assisting the General Manager in leading and managing all aspects of hotel and spa operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and facilities management
Monitoring daily activities, staff performance, and guest satisfaction to identify and address any issues or opportunities for improvement
Participating in the development and implementation of strategic plans, policies, and procedures to enhance the overall guest experience
Fostering a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment for the hotel and spa team
Providing leadership, training, and mentoring to supervisors and team members to support their professional development
Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Representing the hotel and spa at community events and networking activities
What we're looking for
must requirement - Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Deputy Manager or FRONT OFFICE MANAGER or Guest Relation Manager or Assistant General Manager IN A HOTEL within the hospitality industry
Proven track record of successfully managing hotel and spa operations, including budgeting, staff supervision, and guest relations
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Thorough understanding of hospitality industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests in BOUTIQUE HOTEL
