PYP Early Years Teacher

Chung Chung School, an IB Authorized School, is seeking passionate and experienced PYP Early Years Teachers to join our dynamic team. We are committed to fostering an inquiry-based, student-centered learning environment that nurtures curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences in alignment with the IB PYP framework.

- Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and inquiry-based classroom environment.

- Support students’ social, emotional, and cognitive development through differentiated instruction.

- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the school community to enhance student learning.

- Use formative and summative assessment strategies to guide instruction and support student growth.

- Integrate inquiry-based, hands-on, and play-based learning experiences that encourage exploration and discovery.

- Promote international-mindedness and inspire students to take meaningful action in their learning journey.

Qualifications & Experience:

•⁠ Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field (master’s preferred)

•⁠ Valid teaching certification/license⁠

•⁠ Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in Early Years education or related field preferably in a PYP setting

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of child development and inquiry-based learning.

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•⁠ ⁠A passion for nurturing a love of learning and supporting each child's growth.

•⁠ ⁠Creative thinking and the ability to design engaging learning experiences.

•⁠ ⁠Flexibility, patience, and a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to collaborate effectively with others in a positive and cooperative setting.

•⁠ ⁠Demonstrate proficiency in using educational technologies/platforms.

•⁠ ⁠Commitment to professional development and lifelong learning.
