Job Description:
- Install, upgrade, and maintain IT assets (hardware, software, telecommunication, and networking)
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Provide day-to-day support through ticketing helpdesk
- Regularly monitor and maintain IT assets
- Offer remote assistance to users outside the main office
- Ensure compliance with IT policies
Requirements:
- IT-related education background
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Helpdesk/Technical Support/IT Admin
- Strong IT knowledge:
- Hardware
- Operating Systems (Windows/Linux/Mac)
- Microsoft 365, anti-virus, firewall, and business applications
- Networking
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Fast learner
- Team player
