We are seeking an HR Staff to support day-to-day human resources and general administrative activities. This role focuses on administrative coordination, documentation, and handling HR-related purchasing and payment processes.
Handle daily HR and general administrative activities
Prepare and manage HR-related documents, letters, and internal records
Coordinate administrative processes related to purchasing, payments, and reimbursements
Prepare purchase requests, track approvals, and follow up on payment processes
Liaise with vendors, internal departments, and finance for administrative and payment matters
Maintain organized filing of administrative and HR documents (physical and digital)
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of administrative data and documentation
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR administration or general administrative roles
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and payment-related processes
Experience handling purchasing, invoicing, or payment administration is an advantage
Well-organized, disciplined, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar administrative tools
