Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with company expansion and operational goals
Manage end-to-end recruitment for managerial and key positions, including talent mapping and succession planning
Monitor and control labor cost, manpower budgeting, and workforce productivity across branches
Develop, implement, and evaluate employee KPI framework and performance management system
Handle complex employee relations and labor issues, including disciplinary actions, investigations, and dispute resolution
Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor regulations, company policies, and audit requirements
Oversee compensation & benefits strategy, payroll coordination, and HR analytics reporting
Drive leadership development, engagement programs, and organizational capability building
Lead and coach HR team while acting as strategic business partner to management
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (mandatory)
Min. 5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in managerial role
Strong experience in managerial recruitment, labor cost control, and KPI implementation
Solid understanding of Indonesian labor law and employee relations handling
Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Able to work under pressure in fast-paced multi-branch operations environment
Fluent in English
