PPIC Supervisor

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

2. Minimum 5 years in PPIC or min. 2 years as a PPIC Supervisor, preferably in the food industry.

3. Proficiency in inventory management tools and production planning.

4. Strong communication and leadership abilities.

5. Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

6. Ready to join immediately.

7. Willing to work in Waru, Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur.

Job Descriptions

1. Create and manage production schedules to meet order demands and deadlines.

2. Ensure sufficient stock of raw materials and finished goods.

3. Coordinate with the procurement team for timely material supply.

4. Work closely with production, warehouse, and quality teams to meet goals.

5. Resolve issues like material shortages, delays, or production inefficiencies.

6. Prepare reports on production and inventory performance.
