PPIC Supervisor

Job Description:

• Make operational decisions related to production planning and material control, including approval of Purchase Requests (PR) based on MRP, Safety Stock, and ROP.

• Act as a gatekeeper to ensure MRP accuracy, prevent overstocking, and maintain planning data integrity.

• Lead and supervise PPIC Planners (daily planning, MPS/MRP validation, coaching & mentoring).

• Ensure accuracy of master data (BOM, Routing, Lead Time) and Engineering Changes for assigned product groups.

• Serve as the main liaison with Customer Service and global teams (USA/Europe), including sterilization scheduling and proactive production/shipping updates

• Own weekly inventory reporting, BOM audits, and continuous improvement initiatives within PPIC.

• Support business continuity and continuous improvement programs (Lean / 5S / Kaizen).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Operations Management, Statistics, or related fields.

• Minimum 5 years of PPIC experience, with at least 2 years as Senior Planner or Supervisor (medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred).

• Strong knowledge of MRP, production planning, and inventory control strategies.

• Highly proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent), especially Master Data management.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex formulas).

• Fluent in English (spoken & written) for global coordination.

• Strong analytical skills with proven Root Cause Analysis capability.

• Detail-oriented, decisive, and confident in data-driven decision making.

• Proven leadership and mentoring skills with cross-functional coordination ability.

• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement concepts (Lean, Kaizen, 5S).

• Located in Kopo Katapang (Kabupaten Bandung)
