Junior Lab Indonesia is looking for a proactive, approachable, and empathetic candidate to join our team. The main point is handling parents and ensuring a smooth and positive environment experience. You will work closely with internal teams, playing a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will represent the face of our company and contribute to it's success.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in understanding products and services, including answering questions about pricing, features, and availability.

• Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery or service fulfillment.

• Provide regular updates to the management team on customer feedback and concerns.

• Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries in WhatsApp.

• Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback on multiple platforms.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education, Guidance and Counseling, Communication or a related field (minimum GPA of 3.50/4.00).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and partners.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints with professionalism.

• High level of empathy, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and a customer-focused attitude.

• Basic proficiency in English, with skills in writing and speaking relevant to a professional work environment.

• Positive attitude, friendly personality, and comfortable interacting with both parents and children.
