Senior Coordinator – ICT
Job Summary
To provide senior-level coordination, governance, and operational oversight of ICT services supporting Upstream Oil & Gas operations under Indonesia Production Sharing Contract (PSC) scheme.
Key Responsibilities
1. ICT Operations & Service Delivery
Coordinate and oversee ICT service delivery for upstream assets and associated facilities.
Ensure high availability and reliability of ICT systems supporting exploration, drilling, production, processing, and operations.
Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage incident, problem, and change coordination in line with IT service management best practices.
2. Infrastructure, Network & Communications
Coordinate operation and maintenance of ICT infrastructure, including:
Data centers, servers, storage, and backup systems
LAN, WAN, fiber, microwave, satellite, and offshore connectivity
Telephony, radio communication, and unified communications
Ensure high availability and redundancy for remote operation centers and field locations.
Work with vendors and internal teams to maintain network performance and reliability.
3. IT/OT Integration Support
Coordinate ICT support for systems interfacing with Operational Technology (OT), including:
Production monitoring systems
SCADA and DCS interfaces
Collaborate closely with Automation, Instrumentation, and OT teams.
Maintain secure IT/OT segregation in line with cybersecurity standards.
4. Cybersecurity, Governance & Compliance
Coordinate implementation of cybersecurity controls in line with:
Company ICT policies
SKK Migas governance requirements
Oversee:
User access management
Endpoint protection
Backup and disaster recovery
Support ICT audits, risk assessments, and compliance reporting.
5. Business Systems & Applications
Coordinate ICT support for enterprise and operational systems, including:
ERP (e.g., SAP) and financial applications
Document management and collaboration platforms
Ensure systems support PSC reporting, operational performance, and management decision-making.
Manage system availability and user support coordination.
6. Vendor, Contract & Project Coordination
Act as ICT focal point for vendors, system integrators, and telecom providers.
Review technical scope, deliverables, and performance of ICT contractors.
Coordinate ICT-related projects and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
Monitor vendor SLA compliance.
Candidate Qualifications
Education
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in:
Information Technology
Computer Science
Engineering
or related discipline
Experience
Minimum 7 years of ICT experience, including experience in senior or coordinator role.
Proven experience supporting Upstream Oil & Gas operations.
Hands-on exposure to remote site environments is required.
Experience working within PSC/SKK Migas environment is an advantage.
Professional Certifications (Preferred)
ITIL
Microsoft Certification
Cisco Certification
Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, CISSP) are an advantage.
