About the role
PT VOKSEL ELECTRIC Tbk. is seeking an experienced Procurement to join our team in Cileungsi, West Java. As a Procurement, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective procurement of goods and services, with a focus on export-import operations. This full-time role is crucial in supporting the company's manufacturing and logistics objectives.
What you'll be doing
Manage the end-to-end procurement process for export-import goods and services
Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and pricing
Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and identify new potential partners
Ensure timely delivery of materials and services to support production and logistics
Monitor and report on procurement performance, identifying areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with business needs
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a procurement or sourcing role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
Proficiency in export-import processes and regulations
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities
Familiarity with procurement software and tools
A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
