Le Louvre Patisserie (South Jakarta) is looking for a confident, energetic Live Host who can engage viewers and drive sales.

Job Description (Responsibilities)

1. Host live selling sessions on TikTok Shop and Shopee Live (1–3 sessions/day).

2. Run live selling end-to-end: opening hook, product storytelling, demo, promotions, strong CTA, closing.

3. Execute sales strategies during live: vouchers, flash deals, bundles, limited-time offers, pinned products.

4. Engage viewers in real time: respond quickly to comments, answer product questions, and handle objections professionally.

5. Coordinate with internal team on stock availability, pricing, product variants, packing, and delivery schedules.

6. Track and report basic performance after each session: viewers, clicks, conversion, orders, GMV, AOV.

7. Maintain brand presentation: neat appearance, polished communication, luxury tone, professional attitude.

Requirements

• Must has Experience on Live Streaming

• Confident in front of the camera; clear articulation; expressive and engaging.

• Sales-driven mindset: comfortable working with targets and pushing checkout without being aggressive.

• Able to follow scripts but also improvise naturally when needed.

• Strong discipline: punctual, consistent, reliable for shift schedules.

• Comfortable using live-commerce tools: pin products, activate vouchers, manage Q&A and promotions.

Preferred :

• 1–3+ years experience hosting live sessions on TikTok Shop / Shopee Live.

• Sales or customer-facing background (F&B, retail, beauty, fashion, etc.).

• Basic understanding of live selling KPIs (GMV, conversion rate, CTR, AOV).

• Can create short-form content from live highlights (optional).

Performance Indicators (KPI — set during onboarding)

• Attendance and consistency with the live schedule

• Growth in conversion rate, orders per session, and GMV per hour

• Strong product presentation and viewer engagement

Compensation & Benefits (Fill in Your Final Numbers)

• Base pay: Monthly (Full-time)

• Bonus/commission: based on GMV / orders / target achievement
