Position: Admin E-Commerce Specialist

Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin E-Commerce Specialist to manage our online store operations and digital sales activities. You’ll ensure smooth daily transactions, accurate product listings, and excellent customer service across all e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and prices on e-commerce platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, GrabFood, GoFood, Tiktok etc.).
• Process incoming online orders, ensure timely coordination with the kitchen/logistics team, and update delivery status.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback via chat or platform messages in a professional and friendly manner.
• Monitor daily sales performance, generate reports, and track key metrics (traffic, conversion, fulfillment).
• Manage stock availability and coordinate with inventory team for product restock or removal.
• Support marketing campaigns, promo setup, and voucher creation in online stores.
• Ensure brand visuals and content are up-to-date and consistent with brand guidelines.
• Assist in administrative tasks related to invoices, data entry, and document filing.
Qualifications
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in e-commerce operations or admin role (F&B / retail background preferred).
• Familiar with e-commerce dashboards (Tokopedia, Shopee, GoFood, GrabFood, Tiktok etc.).
• Strong communication, coordination, and data management skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask under pressure.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and online management tools.
