Job Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and TikTok Ads
Develop advertising strategies including audience targeting, keyword research, and funnel optimization
Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve sales, conversion, and ROAS targets
Manage advertising budgets efficiently and effectively
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copywriting, audiences, and landing pages
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and advertising dashboards
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
Collaborate with creative, e-commerce, and website teams to improve campaign results
Stay up to date with the latest digital advertising trends and platform algorithm updates
Minimum education: High School (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields is preferred)
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Paid Ads Specialist or Performance Digital Marketer
Proven experience managing Google Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns
Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and Google Analytics
Experience in managing advertising budgets and performance targets (ROAS, CPA, conversions)
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability
Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
