QA Automation

Position Overview

The QA Engineer will support quality assurance efforts across web, mobile, and API platforms. This role involves automation testing to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Katalon for web and API testing.

• Execute automated and manual testing to ensure software quality across functional, regression, and integration scopes.

• Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate closely with Developers and Product Teams to resolve issues.

• Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test documentation.

• Perform API testing and validate backend services.

• Participate in requirement reviews to provide QA perspective early in development cycles.

• Support SIT and UAT phases, including defect tracking and retesting.

• Continuously improve automation frameworks and testing processes.

• Ensure test coverage aligns with business and technical requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as QA Automation / Software Tester.

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, or related fields.

• Hands-on experience using Katalon for automation testing.

• Proficient in at least one programming language: Java, JavaScript, or Python.

• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.

• Experience in functional, regression, and API testing.

• Familiar with bug tracking tools and test management processes.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and good communication abilities.

• Able to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.

• Willing to work Full WFO (Work From Office).
