Legal & HR Manager

About The Role :

We are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented Legal & HR Manager to oversee the company’s legal affairs, land acquisition processes, regulatory compliance, and human resources governance within the hospitality and real estate sector.

This role plays a strategic and operational function, ensuring that all land acquisitions, licensing processes, and corporate legal matters are executed with absolute precision and full regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will lead complex due diligence processes, manage high-stakes legal documentation, and represent the company in negotiations to safeguard business interests.

Key Responsibilities :

Handling land acquisition projects, including deep-dive due diligence, title verification, and coordination with notarial authorities.

Managing and ensuring the validity of all complex real estate licenses including OSS RBA system, PBG (Building Approval), SLF (Certificate of Proper Function), and Hospitality Licenses, etc.

Drafting, reviewing, and finalising high-stakes legal documents (agreements, amendments, NDAs, and powers of attorney) with absolute accuracy.

Representing the company in legal negotiations with third parties to minimize risk and align with business objectives.

Actively monitor changes in industry-specific laws and ensure all business activities remain compliant.

Oversee and ensure the HR Handbook and labor practices (employment contract, recruitment, payroll, and benefits) strictly adhere to current regulations.

Lead yearly manpower expansion and consultancy projects.

Manage and appraise the performance of subordinates.

Key Qualifications :

Bachelor of Law (SH) is required; Master of Law (MH or MKn) and having a Advocate licence (PERADI) is highly preferred.

Minimum 5 years of professional experience with a strong emphasis on Legal and Human Resources Affairs, Hospitality and Real Estate field.

Expert-level understanding of land acquisition procedures.

Proven ability to handle complex permits (PBG, SLF, OSS RBA, Hospitality Licenses).

Experience managing a multi-disciplinary team.
