We are a fast-growing consumer and distribution company building brands across Southeast Asia and global markets. As our digital channels scale, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who understands performance marketing, content strategy, and data-driven growth.

You will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing strategies across paid ads, social media, and online channels. The role requires strong analytical thinking, creativity, and the ability to manage campaigns end-to-end while collaborating with internal teams.
We are looking for someone fluent in English, comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, and capable of operating at an international standard.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.
Manage and optimize paid advertising performance (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion).
Develop and coordinate content strategy with creative and content teams.
Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights.
Manage marketing calendars and campaign timelines.
Support brand growth across e-commerce and social channels.
Work closely with e-commerce, design, and operations teams.
Monitor competitors and industry trends.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and digital funnels.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Data-driven and comfortable with analytics.
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.
Experience in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce brands.
Experience managing international campaigns.
Familiar with email marketing and CRM tools.
Experience scaling brands or launching campaigns across markets.
