ACCOUNTING
1. Job Responsibilities
Handle the company’s daily accounting tasks, including voucher preparation, ledger posting, and financial statement preparation, ensuring clear and accurate accounts;
Oversee the company’s tax-related work, including tax filings, tax payments, and invoice management, and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations;
Manage various financial tasks, such as financial data analysis and organization/archiving of financial records;
Assist in HR-related tasks, including employee attendance calculation, payroll support, and coordination of personnel files;
Complete other finance and administrative tasks assigned by supervisors.
2. Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in finance, accounting, or a related field;
Work Experience: At least 3 years of finance-related work experience; experience in local Indonesian companies is preferred;
Language Skills: Must be proficient in Indonesian and English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); Chinese language skills are a plus;
Skills: Proficient in accounting software and Office applications; familiar with Indonesian accounting standards and tax policies; capable of independent bookkeeping and tax filing;
Other: Strong professional ethics and responsibility, meticulous and principled work style; compliant with Indonesian labor laws and legally eligible to work in Indonesia.
3. Compensation
Monthly salary: 8 – 10 million IDR/month
