PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE

Job Descriptions:

• End-to-End Procurement Management - Handle the full procurement cycle, including sourcing, purchasing, documentation, and coordination with internal stakeholders
• Vendor Management & Contract Administration - Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors, including contract negotiation, renewal, and performance monitoring to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and compliance.
• Asset Disposal & Sales (Ex-Assets) - Manage the sale of company ex-assets including store, head office, and warehouse assets, such as vehicles (trucks, cars), fixtures, IT equipment, and other assets in accordance with company policies.
• Vendor & Buyer Sourcing - Actively source vendors and buyers through market research, networks, and marketplaces to ensure competitive pricing and optimal value
• Tendering & Negotiation - Conduct tender processes and negotiations, including price comparison between vendors and marketplace prices for specific procurement or asset disposal activities.
• Reporting & Documentation - Prepare procurement and asset disposal reports, including vendor comparison, cost analysis, and management summaries to support decision-making
• Process Improvement & Compliance - Support continuous improvement of procurement processes while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Management, or related fields
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in procurement, preferably within a retail or multi-site business
• Experience in vendor management, negotiation, and contract handling
• Familiar with asset disposal processes (vehicles, fixtures, IT, warehouse/store assets)
• Strong ability to conduct price comparison and market analysis
• Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong reporting and documentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and procurement systems
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
