Community & Public Relations Lead
Job Description :
Build and maintain long-term relationships with community members, media, brand advocates, and key opinion leaders.
Lead community-based programs, collaborations, and events to strengthen brand connection.
Gather community insights and feedback to support brand, product, and campaign improvement.
Draft and distribute press releases, media advisories, and brand narratives that secure hih-level placement in print, digital, and broadcast media.
Handle PR issues with timely and professional communication.
Track, monitor, and analyze media coverage and community engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of outreach and report social impact to execute leadership.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, journalism, or related field.
Confident public speaker and skilled negotiator.
Strong network with media, influencer, and community organizations.
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on
Excellent verbal and written communication skill
High tolerance for fast-paced environments and the ability to work flexible hours for evening or weekend community gathering or events.
