STAFF OPERATION TRAVEL
About the role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced STAFF OPERATION TRAVEL to join our dynamic team at Travelingeropa group' in Tangerang Banten. As a full-time member of our operation team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless travel experiences for our valued customers.
What you'll be doing
Prepare and manage travel operational documents (itinerary, rooming list, manifests, tickets, vouchers, etc.)
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and local partners
Monitor departure readiness and ensure all operational requirements are complete
Support on-going trips and handle operational issues when needed
Ensure accuracy of data, schedules, and traveler information
Assist in post-trip reporting and evaluation
Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external vendors
Support continuous improvement of operational systems and SOPs
Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any customer issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner
Assisting with the planning and coordination of complex travel itineraries
Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and promote our travel services
Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes to ensure the delivery of high-quality travel solutions
What we're looking for
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or service-based industry
Must have hands-on experience in handling travel documents, ticketing processes, and group operations
Strong understanding of itinerary flow, rooming list, manifests, vouchers, and departure preparation
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple departures simultaneously
Strong communication and coordination skills with vendors, tour leaders, and internal teams
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced travel environment
Proficient in using travel booking systems and software
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
A passion for travel and a desire to provide exceptional customer experiences
