Network Engineer

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK); Bachelor’s degree is preferred (Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or Computer Engineering), fresh graduates are welcome.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in network engineering.

• Strong hands-on experience with routing and switching technologies, including OSPF, BGP, MPLS, L3VPN, VPLS, and EVPN-VXLAN.

• Proficient in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell) or network tool integration.

• Experience working in Enterprise, Data Center, and/or Service Provider environments.

• Proven experience in leading technical design and network implementation activities.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate effectively across teams.

• Customer-focused mindset with a strong orientation toward practical and effective solutions.

• Highly motivated with a strong willingness to learn and grow.

Certifications (Preferred) :

• JNCIP or JNCIE certifications are a strong plus.

• Equivalent professional- or expert-level networking certifications are also acceptable.
