Senior Buyer / Merchandiser (Retail Event)

PT Dusdusan Dotcom Indonesia, through its IHLS brand, which specializes in events and retail activations, is currently seeking a Senior Buyer / Merchandiser (Retail Event) position. We are seeking an experienced professional capable of sourcing products, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring the availability of the right products for operational and event needs. Candidates are expected to possess strong analytical skills, an understanding of retail trends, and the ability to work quickly in a dynamic environment.

Jobdesk and Responsibilities ;

• Sourcing vendors

• Responsible for Merchandising tasks

• Visiting events/exhibition bazaars to review references

• Checking product availability and displaying partner brands

• Building good relationships with partner brands

• Negotiating and increasing sales (minimum targets must be met)

• Accustomed to meeting sales targets and finding new suppliers

• Ready to work weekends

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Minimum Diploma III education in any major

• Accustomed to processing Excel data, with excellent Excel skills

• Willing to work during events on weekends and on weekdays. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

• Willing to work overtime at events and be willing to travel out of town each month depending on the event location.
