The Marketing Communication Manager is responsible for shaping and executing marketing communications that support B2B partnerships, enhance brand desirability, and strengthen word-of-mouth advocacy within the luxury hospitality ecosystem.
This role bridges brand narrative and commercial objectives, translating our philosophy into compelling materials, campaigns, and experiences for hotel partners — without diluting the brand’s exclusivity.
Develop and execute marketing communication strategies aligned with a B2B, high-end hospitality model
Translate brand positioning into clear, persuasive communication for hotel decision-makers
Support long-term brand desirability rather than short-term promotional tactics
Create tailored communication materials for:
Luxury hotels & resorts
Spas & wellness operators
Hospitality procurement & management teams
Develop sales decks, presentations, product dossiers, and onboarding materials
Support distributor and partner communications with consistent messaging
Design communication initiatives that naturally encourage organic recommendations
Collaborate with hotel partners to amplify guest experience stories
Support testimonial, case study, and referral-driven communication (discreet, authentic, non-promotional)
Lead communication planning for new product introductions within hotel networks
Develop launch narratives, toolkits, and supporting materials
Ensure all campaigns respect the brand’s quiet luxury positioning
Work in close partnership with the Brand Director and Managing Director to ensure marketing communication strategies are fully aligned with the brand vision and business direction
Collaborate closely with Sales and Business Development to support strategic B2B partnerships and commercial objectives
Coordinate with Brand Director to maintain consistency in brand voice, positioning, and narrative across all touchpoints--
Ensure all marketing communications balance commercial effectiveness with brand integrity and long-term equity
Monitor effectiveness of communication initiatives through:
Partner feedback
Engagement and adoption of materials
Contribution to partnership growth
Continuously refine messaging based on insights and market response
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with luxury hotel and hospitality partners
Act as a key marketing communication point of contact for selected B2B accounts
Collaborate closely with hotel marketing, spa, and management teams to support their needs
Ensure partners feel supported, understood, and valued, not “sold to”
Adapt communication materials and messaging to suit individual partner contexts while maintaining brand consistency
Gather ongoing feedback from partners to refine messaging, materials, and guest-facing communication
Support relationship-led growth through trust, discretion, and consistent brand experience
5+ years experience in marketing communication, preferably in:
Luxury skincare, beauty, fragrance
Hospitality, wellness, or lifestyle brands
Strong understanding of B2B marketing, especially relationship-driven models
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to translate brand strategy into commercial communication
Experience working with creative teams and external agencies
