Staf Administrasi

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Staff Administration to join our team. As a Staff Administration, you will be responsible for providing financial and administration support to the organization by performing various accounting and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be able to maintain accurate and timely financial records, prepare financial reports, and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform administration task and duty

• Perform general accounting tasks, such as journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis

• Process and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and bank statements

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and databases

• Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings

• Provide financial analysis and reporting to management and other stakeholders

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes

• Perform administrative tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies

• Provide general administrative support to the organization as needed
   

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance

• Proficiency in accounting software

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with financial planning and analysis software

• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices

• Experience working in a similar industry or environment
