Clinical Trainer

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers to showcase the effectiveness and benefits of our aesthetic devices.

2. Support the sales team by providing expert knowledge and clinical insights during customer interactions.

3. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure customers are fully equipped to use our devices.

4. Assist in creating and updating training materials and manuals for sales team and customers.

5. Provide ongoing support and follow-up with customers to ensure optimal product use and satisfaction.

6. Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices to enhance training programs and customer experience.

Qualifications

1. Working experience in medical or aesthetic industry or similar job function as a clinical trainer will be an advantage.

2. Diploma or bachelor degree from medical background (medical doctor or nursing), or non medical background (pharmacy, biomedical engineering, or similar major).

3. Strong presentation and communication skills.

4. Proactive and customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Willingness to travel domestically and overseas for trainings.

7. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
