Job Title: Vertical Solution Expert (Financial Services & Banking Industry)

Location: South Jakarta

Employment Type: 1 +1 year contract with following potential convert to permanent employee.

Adecco is assisting a well-known multinational telecommunications company in hiring a Vertical Solutions Expert (Financial Services & Banking Industry). This role will act as an industry expert within the Financial Services and Banking sector, with a strong understanding of business pain points and regulatory requirements, and will be responsible for translating industry needs into relevant technology solutions. The position will also provide strategic direction for solution development, focusing not only on technical design but also on delivering business-aligned, industry-specific outcomes.

We are looking for a proactive and experienced  Vertical Solutions Expert (Financial Services & Banking Industry role with following details:

Responsibilities:

• Rich knowledge and a strong background in the Financial Services Industry (including banking and fintech).

• Strong understanding of the FSI market and customer landscape, with the ability to formulate sales strategies for FSI industry solutions and identify business opportunities to support commercial success.

• Provide support to the country team in business development activities, including high-level customer engagement, marketing events, and support for key projects.

• Contribute to improving the competitiveness of FSI industry solutions by gathering customer requirements, collaborating with partners to continuously optimize offerings, and supporting the implementation of scenario-based FSI solutions in key projects.

• Participate in the planning and execution of key industry marketing activities, and engage with senior-level customers to discuss solution opportunities.

• Summarize successful cases and provide enablement support for sales and pre-sales teams.

• Familiar with ICT requirements in the FSI industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the FSI industry.

• Experience as an IT or Operations Manager/Director within a financial institution, or as a consultant, system integrator (SI), or system provider in the FSI industry is preferred.

• Experience in ICT project delivery within the FSI industry is preferred.

• Strong communication and coordination skills, with a strong sense of teamwork.

• Experience with scenario-based solutions in the FSI industry is preferred.

• Proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
