ADMIN INVENTORY BAKERY

What you'll be doing

1. Maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock

2. Placing purchase orders for raw materials, ingredients, and packaging in a timely manner

3. Coordinating with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and manage relationships

4. Conducting regular stock takes and audits to identify and resolve discrepancies

5. Assisting with the implementation of inventory management systems and processes

6. Providing support to the production team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders

7. Generating reports and analysing data to identify opportunities for improvement

What we're looking for

1. 2-3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar procurement/logistics role, preferably in the manufacturing or food production industry

2. Strong organisational and attention to detail skills to maintain accurate inventory records

3. Proficient in using inventory management software and MS Office applications

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

5. Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve inventory-related issues

6. Knowledge of purchasing processes, supplier management, and inventory control principles
