Receptionist and Office Girl
About the role
We are seeking a talented and professional Receptionist and Office Girl to join our dynamic team at MILK Technology Limited in South Jakarta. In this full-time role, you will be the friendly face and first point of contact for our clients and visitors, responsible for cleaning our office area and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming clients, visitors and employees in a polite and professional manner
Receive, record, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and documents
Maintain the visitor logbook and ensure visitors follow company procedures
Coordinate with internal departments regarding guest arrivals and appointments
Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
Responsible to clean our office such as reception area, pantry, meeting rooms, director’s room, and working area
Prepare meeting rooms before and after meetings, including arranging seating and serving drinks
Manage pantry supplies, office refreshments, and basic office inventory
Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and simple administrative tasks when required
Support office staff with daily operational needs
What we're looking for
Female, 20-25 years old
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role, preferably in an office environment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in using standard office equipment and software such as Microsoft Office
A friendly, cheerful and helpful attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Able to communicate in English
