We are seeking a dynamic and professional HR Generalist (Mandarin Speaker) to join our Corporate HR team at the Head Office in Jakarta. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between our local HR operations and the Chinese Management team. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR daily operations, facilitating clear bilingual communication, and supporting the HR Department in administrative and reporting functions.

主要职责 / Key Responsibilities:

  • 沟通桥梁与翻译 (Bridge Communication & Translation): 作为总部人力资源相关事务的主要翻译/口译(中文-印尼文-英文),协助董事会会议、日常协调及内部公告的发布。 Act as the primary translator/interpreter (Mandarin-Indonesian-English) for HR-related matters at the Head Office, including Board of Directors meetings, daily coordination, and internal announcements.

  • 总部人事行政管理 (HR Administration - Head Office): 管理总部员工的端到端人力资源行政事务,包括更新员工数据库(HRIS)、考勤与休假监控,以及准备月度人力资源报告。 Manage end-to-end HR administrative duties for Head Office employees, including updating the employee database (HRIS), monitoring attendance/leave, and preparing monthly HR reports.

  • 招聘支持 (Recruitment Support): 协助招聘团队进行总部或现场职位的简历搜寻、筛选及面试安排,特别是针对中文相关职位的招聘。 Assist the Recruitment team in sourcingd, screening, and scheduling interviews for Head Office or Site positions, particularly for Mandarin-speaking roles.

  • 外籍员工支持 (Expatriate Support): 协助处理雅加达常驻外籍员工的行政需求(如房屋租赁协调、证件办理相关文件的翻译等)。 Assist in managing administrative requirements for Chinese Management team based in Jakarta (e.g., housing coordination, document translation for formalities).

  • 文件翻译 (Document Translation): 将人力资源政策、标准作业程序(SOP)、法律草案及备忘录从印尼文/英文翻译成中文(反之亦然),确保总部与子公司之间的一致性。 Translate HR policies, SOPs, legal drafts, and memos from Indonesian/English to Mandarin and vice versa to ensure alignment between HQ and Subsidiaries.

  • 员工关系 (Employee Relations): 支持员工敬业度活动,并协助解决本地员工与外籍管理层之间可能存在的沟通隔阂。 Support employee engagement activities and help resolve any communication gaps between local staff and Chinese Management team.


任职资格与要求 / Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 语言要求 (Language Proficiency): 必须精通中文(听、说、读、写),需达到 HSK 5级 或同等水平。必须能够准确翻译商务及人力资源相关的专业术语。 Mandatory fluency in Mandarin (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing) with a minimum HSK 5 or equivalent. Must be able to translate business and HR terminology accurately.

  • 英语能力 (English Proficiency): 必须具备良好的职业英语沟通能力(口语及书面)。 Professional working proficiency in English (Written & Verbal) is required.

  • 学历要求 (Education): 拥有学士学位(S1),中文系、人力资源管理、心理学或相关专业优先。 Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Chinese Literature, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a relevant field.

  • 工作经验 (Experience): 至少拥有 1-2年 在中资企业(PMA)、矿业或制造业担任翻译、人事专员或行政助理的工作经验。 Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Translator, HR Staff, or Executive Assistant in a PMA (Chinese Company) or Mining/Manufacturing industry.

  • 软技能 (Soft Skills): 具备出色的人际沟通技巧,能够快速适应快节奏的企业环境,并对行政细节有高度的关注。 Excellent interpersonal skills, high adaptability to a fast-paced corporate environment, and strong attention to administrative details.

  • 工作地点与时间 (Location & Availability): 愿意在 雅加达总部 (Jakarta Head Office) 工作,工作时间为标准五天工作制(周一至周五)。 Willing to work in Jakarta (Head Office) with a standard 5-day work week (Monday–Friday).
