Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial), Chemistry, Management, or Business
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales
Prior experience in flexible packaging industry is highly valued
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
IT savvy and adaptable to digital tools
Willing to be placed in Cikarang (Bekasi)
Job & Responsibilities
Identify and approach new potential customers
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
