Bookkeeping (Villas)
We are looking for a reliable person to handle the bookkeeping (main responsibility) and basic administration (minor responsibility) for our villa business in Seminyak (20 villas).
Work arrangement
Partly on site in Seminyak
Partly home office
Main responsibilities
Recording bills and payments
Matching payments and bank transactions
Managing petty cash accounts
Reconciliations
Preparing reservation data and other reports for our tax advisor
Minor administrative tasks as needed
* You are not required to be able to set up everything yourself. We have a system already set up and will teach you. Important is that you can learn it quickly and think logically yourself.

Good understanding of Excel
Normal understanding of accounting
Good English skills
Experience in hospitality or villa businesses is an advantage but not required.
