HR

We are seeking a professional HR staff who is fluent in Korean. The main responsibility of this role is to handle HR tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, reporting, and HR documentation, while ensuring smooth communication with Korean-speaking employees or partners.

Responsibilities:

- Manage HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

- Prepare and maintain HR documents, reports, and policies.

- Communicate effectively with Korean-speaking staff and management.

- Translate HR-related documents and communications between Korean and local language.

- Ensure HR operations comply with company policies and local regulations.

Requirements:

- Fluent in Korean (mandatory).

- Experience in HR or strong understanding of HR practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle confidential information.

Salary:

- Minimum: IDR 6,000,000

- Maximum: IDR 10,000,000
