About the Bartender role:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Barista.The ideal candidate will have a deep love for beverages, coffee and alcohol beverages, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to inspire the other member of the team. This is a hands-on role, where you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards in all beverage preparation, service, and customer experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume restaurant and café.
Expertise in coffee beans, brewing methods, and espresso machines.
Experienced in producing non-coffee beverages, juices, mocktails and other alike.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
Able to communicate in English is an advantage
