Responsibilities:
To Provides leadership in part of Human Resources Development Team and to support Department by achieving operational efficiency, securing employee loyalty and generate service to smoothen daily operation related to Human Resource Development.
Focusing area formulates and recommends HRIS and Compensation and Benefit Management which aligned in local market practices that would establish a positive employer – employee relationship.
Involves aligning initiatives involving how people are managed with organizational mission and objectives and to ensure company work force that have more than sufficient to carry out job, and to ensure company compliance.
Develop and update HR policies to be aligned with country regulation and to enhance effective operation of the company.
Implement employee activities to promote engagement and team connection.
Oversee reporting headcount and budgets.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment process for all in-country roles.
Timely and accurate update of employee information in HRIS.
Strong in data analysis related to compensation and benefits, budgeting, headcount, and performance management.
Ensure that all offices and facilities in the country are safe, secure and well-maintained facilities that meets health, safety and environmental standars
Manage the administration and facilities management team.
Requirements:
More than 15 - 20 years working experience in Human Resources.
Minimum GPA 3.00, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Political Science, Business Administration or required field, Graduated from well-known university.
Strong people management skills with an ability to drive high performing teams.
Well versed in Compensation & Benefit i.e., Payroll, Data Analysis, Audit Control. HRIS, Salary Benchmarking.
Fluet in English (Verbal & Written).
General Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of English, Bahasa. Strong Computer Literate (Ms Office : Excel, Word, Power Point).
Demonstrates creative thinking abilities.
Honest, discreet, and with a high level of integrity.
Excellent leadership skills, Mature, self-motivated, high initiative, team player, Systematic, Well Organize, be able to work under stress and fast pace environment.
