IT Support Specialist/Technician

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at PT Yonming Indonesia (YonMing Group). In this full-time position based in North Jakarta, Jakarta, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and troubleshooting to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

• Assist Head of IT in problems resolving and work closely on further IT development, planning and budgeting.

• Provide full range of information technology support activities for YonMing Group - Indonesia, such as desktop hardware and applications support, network administration, office network security and protection.

• Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network-related issues

• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals

• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems, and implement appropriate solutions

• Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain IT policies and procedures

• Provide training and guidance to end-users on the effective use of IT systems and applications

• Maintain accurate documentation and records of all support activities

• Participate in the continuous improvement of IT processes and services

• Provide support and training for ERP system and in-house application (Training will be provided)

• Provide support and training for Vehicle Diagnostic System (Training will be provided)

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users

• Working knowledge of common operating systems, software applications, and hardware components

• Knowledge of Wan & Networking device, CCTV security system

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Certification in relevant IT support or computer hardware/software is an advantage
