HR Specialist

This role will be responsible and work independently for the overall processing payroll, employee income taxes and social security computation, reporting as well as preparing payroll statements report. The HR Specialist will ensure all system computation result is comply with government regulations, establishing and implementing HR policies on matters such as employee benefit guidelines to employees and the new hiring, training and supervision of payroll team.

Main Roles & Responsibilities

1. Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and transferred on time as per company regulation, policy or business decision.

2. Partnership with the HR Manager, Global Total Reward team in developing/reviewing/proposing company compensation and benefit scheme to stay competitive with the market.

3. Ensure all employees payroll information related to the new hire, existing employees such as transfer, promotion and other payroll changes are recorded properly and up to date in the internal HRIS database and Global HR system.

4. Consolidate all summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, government social security and generate payroll reporting for finance recording and reconciliation.

5. Preparing and submitting the monthly Income tax report to local tax authority including social security report to local social security authority and in Yearly basis report.

6. Partnership and provide strong support to the external auditor on audit cycle payroll matters and including other statutory audit from external authority.

7. Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed with additional support from HRIS vendor/consultant and internal stakeholder e.g. Global IT and total reward.

8. Proactively participate and contribute to all company engagement activities, health and safety implementation at workplace.

Qualifications

• Education; Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource, Accounting or other social education background.

• Experience; at least 5 years experiences responsible for the compensation and benefit from MNC/ Manufacturing Industry.

• Good English Skill -  both communication and writing.

• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office application; Excel and word.

• Deep understanding and knowledge of Income tax computation and labor law and remuneration benchmarking process, Indonesia social security regulation and implementation and HR legal process.

• Having advance knowledge of the implementation of various HRIS platform

• Good in data analysis, compliance, ethics and integrity.
