STAFF HRD

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities in accordance with company policies and recruitment standards.

• Understand job requirements and competency-based hiring to ensure the right fit for each position.

• Conduct screening and interviews using structured and competency-based interview methods.

• Prepare and maintain recruitment documentation, reports, and talent databases.

• Support onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

• Identify training needs through performance evaluations and organizational requirements

• Coordinate and support training programs (technical, soft skills, leadership, onboarding)

• Support talent programs such as succession planning and high-potential development.

• Coordinate mentoring, coaching, and internal development initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor regulations, and internal procedures.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Law

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HRD Generalist/Recruitment/Training Development/Admin

• Strong understanding of competency-based recruitment and structured interview techniques.

• Familiar with recruitment standards, SOP, and corporate governance practices (experience in listed companies is a plus).

• Good knowledge of employment regulations and recruitment ethics.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
