3+ years supporting a business owner or executive
2+ years managing projects or coordinating teams
Built or improved systems or workflows
Worked with English-speaking clients
Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Trello or similar)
Fluent written and spoken English
Strong judgment and prioritization
Clear and confident communication
High ownership mentality
Comfortable acting with incomplete information
Calendar management or passive task handling.
Taking responsibility for outcomes and making progress happen daily.
The founder receives updates, not questions.
Projects move without reminders.
Priorities are clear across the team.
