We’re looking for a strong graphic designer with real visual taste, attention to detail, and the ability to turn ideas into polished, on-brand assets.
This role is not about pumping out random graphics. You’ll work on brand assets, marketing creatives, landing pages, social media visuals, ads, and internal materials that actually get used.
If you care about typography, spacing, hierarchy, and consistency — and you can execute without being micromanaged — you’ll do well here.
Design marketing assets (ads, social media, landing pages, email graphics)
Create and maintain brand-consistent visuals across platforms
Collaborate with marketing, ops, and leadership on creative direction
Translate loose ideas or references into clean, professional designs
Iterate based on feedback quickly and thoughtfully
Organize files, versions, and assets properly
3+ years of professional graphic design experience
Strong portfolio (this matters more than your résumé)
Excellent visual taste (typography, spacing, layout, color)
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent)
Ability to follow brand guidelines and improve them
Clear communication and comfort receiving feedback
Reliable, organized, and self-directed
Experience with marketing or performance ads
Basic understanding of conversion-focused design
Motion graphics or light animation experience
Web or landing page design experience
